Who we are

AISILE Global (the trading name used on this website) operates https://vapepodse.com. We are a factory-direct wholesale supplier of RELX-compatible vape pods, serving distributors and retail chains in 50+ countries since 2019.

Age restriction

This website serves B2B wholesale customers only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. By using this site and submitting inquiries, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or 21+ in jurisdictions where that applies).

Personal information we collect

Inquiry form: When you submit the Get a Quote form, we collect: name, business email, company name, country, product interest (pod model), estimated quantity, and your message. This information is stored as a private post type (podex_inquiry) in our WordPress database.

Technical data: Our web server automatically logs IP address, browser user agent, pages visited, referral source and timestamp. Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects aggregate traffic data including approximate location derived from IP address.

Cookies: We use GA4 cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for analytics. WordPress sets a security nonce cookie for form submissions. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels are used.

Why we process this data

We process inquiry data to prepare and respond to wholesale quotes, to fulfil orders and communicate about shipments. Technical logs support security (spam prevention, abuse detection) and help us improve the site. GA4 helps us understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Service providers include our hosting provider (server located in the United States) and Google (analytics). When you click a WhatsApp link, Meta receives your request. For order fulfilment, we share shipping details with carriers (DHL/FedEx/UPS) as needed.

Data retention

Inquiries are retained for as long as needed for the business relationship plus tax/customs record obligations. Server access logs are rotated daily and retained for 14 days. GA4 data is retained for 14 months by default.

International transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, transfers rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

We use TLS 1.2/1.3 for encrypted connections. Database access is restricted to localhost. Login and form endpoints are rate-limited. Server administration uses key-based authentication with password authentication disabled.
