AISILE Global is the trading name used on this website. We are a factory-direct wholesale supplier of RELX-compatible vape pods, working with distributors, retail chains and private-label brands since 2019 across more than fifty countries.

This page exists because wholesale buyers ask the same three questions before they send a specification: who are you, how do you supply, and what happens when something goes wrong. Here are the answers, in the same words we use in a quote.

What we supply

Ten pod lines covering the RELX-compatible ecosystem from the 0.4 spec to the 4.0 spec, each held in steady wholesale stock rather than seasonal batches. Per-pod capacity runs from 0.55 ml on the entry line to 4 ml at the top of the range; the product line catalog lists generation, capacity and MOQ for every line, and each line has its own spec page.

Around those lines sit the flavors — a 30+ profile library whose live availability differs by generation, which is why the available list is sent with each quote instead of being published as a fixed catalog. How we supply it

• Factory-direct sourcing. Orders go through the production line rather than a chain of resellers, which is where wholesale pricing and batch traceability come from.
• Anti-counterfeit codes on every pack. Codes are printed on both the outer carton and the inner box and are verifiable through your account manager or admin@aisile66.com, with an answer inside 24 hours. Authenticity issues are refunded in full.
• Three rounds of quality control. Batch sampling at production, pre-pack inspection and a pre-dispatch audit. The inspection report travels with the shipment.
• Documentation as standard. Packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and quality inspection report on every dispatch, with additional certificates arranged on request.
• Freight that fits the order. DHL / FedEx / UPS express, consolidated air and sea freight, quoted against the destination you name.

Who we work with

Most partners are one of three kinds. Distributors building a catalog for a national or regional market, who usually anchor on the high-turnover entry specs and add capacity lines once demand is proven. Retail chains and convenience operators who need repeatable packs and shelf-ready presentation. And private-label brands, who use the OEM / ODM program for their own logo, gift boxes, display boxes and exclusive flavors — from 1,000 packs per design, with a 45-day turnaround from approved artwork and free design mockups before production.

We are a wholesale channel. We do not sell single units to consumers, and we do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited.

How an order actually runs

1. You send models, flavors, quantities and destination — through the form at the bottom of this page, by email or on WhatsApp.
2. An itemized quote comes back within 24 hours on business days, with the live flavor availability list for the generations you asked about and freight options for your market.
3. Optional but recommended: a paid sample kit covering the eight best-selling flavors, deducted from your first order.
4. Standard orders dispatch in 5–7 working days with their inspection report and export documents.
5. Defects are reported within 14 days of delivery with photos and pack codes; affected units are credited or replaced on the next shipment.

Payment runs on T/T bank transfer, PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance for standard orders; OEM orders take a 30% deposit with the balance before dispatch, and credit terms open up after three or more successful orders.

Who you will be talking to

One named account manager per partner, from quote through after-sale, working China business hours Monday to Saturday. Support runs in English, Russian and Spanish. The same person who quotes your first order is the person who handles your third reorder — that continuity is the whole point of a small team.

Compliance and age

Vape products are regulated differently in every market, and those rules change. Import compliance is the buyer’s responsibility: confirm capacity, strength and labeling requirements with your own authority or broker before ordering.
