Which channel to use

• The form below — best for a first inquiry with a specification attached. It records your models, quantities and destination in the shape a quote needs, and it reaches the same account managers as email.

Response window is the same across all three: within 24 hours on business days, Monday to Saturday, China business hours.

What to include so the quote comes back in one pass

1. Spec or generation you are targeting — for example 0.5, 0.6 or 2.0. If you are not sure, say which devices your customers already own; the spec comparison guide shows what each line holds.
2. Quantity per flavor, or the total volume you are working toward. Standard orders start at 100 packs per flavor; OEM designs start at 1,000 packs per design.
3. Destination country and, if you know it, the port or delivery mode you prefer. Freight changes the landed number more than most buyers expect.
4. Flavor direction — best-sellers only, or specific profiles. The live availability list per generation comes back with the quote.
5. Standard or private label. If you want your own logo, packaging or an exclusive flavor, say so at the start; it changes both the minimum and the timeline.
6. Target price if you have one. We would rather tell you honestly what that price buys than quote around it in silence.

What happens after you send it

You get an itemized quote with shipping options for your market, not a single blended number. From there most partners order a sample kit — paid, covering the eight best-selling flavors, deducted from the first order — and then place a mixed trial order. Standard orders dispatch in 5–7 working days with their inspection report and export documents.

We are a wholesale channel and do not sell single units to consumers. This site is for business customers only, strictly 18+ (21+ in some jurisdictions). We do not ship to jurisdictions where these products are prohibited, and import compliance in your market remains the buyer’s responsibility.
