What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?
MOQ starts from 100 packs per flavor for standard RELX pods. For OEM/private-label orders the MOQ is 1,000 packs per design. Mixed-container and first-trial orders are negotiable.
Are the pods 100% authentic RELX?
Yes. All pods are sourced through authorized channels and every pack carries a verifiable anti-counterfeit code. We support pre-shipment inspection and offer a full refund policy for any authenticity issue.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T (bank transfer), PayPal and Alibaba Trade Assurance for standard orders. OEM orders require a 30% deposit with balance before dispatch. Credit terms available after 3+ successful orders.
How long is the lead time, and how do you ship?
Standard orders dispatch in 5–7 working days. We ship via DHL / FedEx / UPS express (7–15 days to most markets), and offer consolidated air and sea freight for bulk volumes.
